Cut out two arcs the
same size: one out of backing material, the other one from acetate. Clip
them together with Bulldog
clips or paper clips. Punch small, evenly spaced holes across the top
and bottom of the arcs, 1/2" apart and 1/4" from the edge of the
arcs.
On the backer material arc, spot glue the dried flower
arrangement. Lay the acetate arc over the flowers and line up the holes
with the backer arc. Lace the arcs to the top and bottom rings. When the
back seam is reached, use an awl to make holes down the seam, 1"
apart, from top to bottom. Using a large needle, sew the back seam with
a running stitch.
Tie and finish off all the lacing ends with Quik
Glue.
